Arezou Rezvani
Arezou is a dual-trained nurse and midwife with over two decades of experience in maternity care.
After qualifying as a midwife in 1997, I have worked across a wide range of midwifery settings, gaining extensive clinical and leadership experience.
Since 2019, I have held the role of Consultant Midwife, where I have led and contributed to several high-impact national maternity strategies. These include being an early adopter of the Better Births initiative, as well as playing a key role in the Turning the Tide programme. I have chaired South West London LMNS, supporting system-wide improvements in maternity care.
Currently, I co-chair the Royal College of Midwives Consultant Midwife Forum, where I continue to advocate for excellence in midwifery leadership, education, and innovation.
