Updates for MyNMC service outage

System Status - All Issues with MyNMC and revalidation have now been resolved. We apologise for the service outages experienced yesterday.You can submit your revalidation and readmission as normal via MyNMC.

Call Waiting Times - Due to exceptionally high call volumes, our current average waiting time is longer than usual. Thank you for your patience as we work to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

Readmission to the Register - If your registration has lapsed, you will need to complete the readmission process by logging into your MyNMC account.

Please note: The contact centre cannot adjust or change this process.

Direct Debit Payments - If your Direct Debit has been collected, your registration status will be updated within five working days.

Accessing Your MyNMC Account - If you are logging in for the first time:

• Use your registered email address
• Enter your PIN as your password

Changing Your Email Address - To update the email address linked to your MyNMC account:

• Send an email with the subject line: “email change request”
• Contact: ukenquiries@nmc-uk.org

April Revalidation Deadline - If you are revalidating in April, you have until 30 April to submit your application.

We strongly recommend submitting your application as early as possible to avoid delays.
