If this is your first time logging into MyNMC and you no longer have access to, or cannot remember, the email address linked to your account, please use the email reset tool below.
The email reset tool allows you to update your email address if you have not yet logged in to MyNMC.
To use the email reset tool, you will need the following information:
- Your personal details
- The email address currently registered with your NMC account
- Your new email address
- Your Pin or PRN
- The month you made your last payment to the NMC
- The amount of your last payment
Once your email address has been updated, you will need to reset your password by selecting "Forgot your password or want to change it?" on the MyNMC sign-in page.
