We want our people to thrive and have the best experience working with us.
As an employer with more than 250 employees, we publish our gender pay gap data every year in line with legislation that came into force in April 2017.
Although we’re not legally required to, we’ve also published reports on our ethnicity and disability gap for 2020.
These reports show our pay gap analysis and the actions we’re taking to bring about meaningful conversation and change within our organisation.
