Suspension orders by year

Suspension orders can be made for up to 12 months, and must be reviewed before they expire.

The nurse, midwife, or nursing associate, or our case presenter, may also ask for a review if there is new evidence relevant to the order.

At any subsequent review, the panel may

  • extend the order
  • revoke the order
  • confirm the order, or
  • replace the order with any other type of order.
