We contact people referred for IEFE to explain our concerns, the regulatory approach we plan to take and the implications for them.
We recognise the impact our processes can have, and we want to ensure that the people being investigated receive appropriate help and support. People on our register and applicants who are being investigated for incorrect entry or fraudulent behaviour can contact their union, association or legal representation for advice and support. There are details of organisations that can provide support here. If you have an employer do speak to them to see what support is available.
If you have any questions or want to provide any information please get in touch at Registration.Investigations@nmc-uk.org.
