Christopher Kinsella
Interim Executive Director of Resources and Technology Services
Chris has a wealth of experience, having worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance Director within large and complex organisations across the private, public and third sectors.
He also worked as an Interim Chief Executive and is an Honorary Professor at the Lancaster University Management School. Among other roles, he has been Interim Finance Director and Chief Finance Officer at OFCOM, the regulator for the communications services industry. He has also been Interim Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency.
In addition, he has been: Interim Chief Officer at Greater Manchester Police; Interim Finance Director at the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council; Interim Executive Director – Resources, at Bath and North East Somerset Council; Interim Chief Financial Officer at the British Council; and Interim Chief Executive at the Chartered Management Institute.
Prior to embarking on his interim career in 2007, Chris was the CFO and Group Finance Director at TI Automotive Plc. He has also held a number of NED (non-executive director) appointments.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant (FCMA, CPFA) and is a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants with degrees in Business and Economics.
