We collect equality data from our employees, Council members, fitness to practise panel members, and the nursing and midwifery professionals on our register. By delving into the data we hold, we can develop a better understanding of how different groups are affected by our processes.
We then publish this data in our equality and diversity reports.
These reports give us the chance to reflect on our progress and plan future improvements.
