In our first two Caring with Confidence animations, we talked about accountability and professional judgement. Delegation needs both. That’s why it’s the subject of our third film.

Most health and social care professionals delegate every day, and find it quite easy. But when situations are busier than usual, or staff are less experienced, you need all your knowledge, skills and experience to delegate expertly.
