Caring with Confidence: The Code in Action continues

Nurses, midwives and nursing associates use their professional judgement to make decisions every day. But difficult decisions, especially in unprecedented circumstances, will challenge professional judgement.

That’s why professional judgement is the next topic in our Caring with Confidence: The Code in Action series of animations.

Professional judgement follows our first Caring with Confidence animation looking at accountability. Next, we’ll talk about delegation. Check back on 16 October.

Over the following weeks we’ll also talk about:

  • speaking up
  • being inclusive and challenging discrimination
  • professional use of social media
  • end-of-life care
  • person-centred care.
