Bola Ogundeji

Bola Ogundeji brings extensive leadership, HR transformation, and change experience gained from several years working within key private and public sector organisations.
She began her HR career in the investment banking sector, transitioning to retail before pursuing interim roles through her HR consultancy, Zevida Ansel, across various sectors, including the NHS, local authorities, housing, and SMEs. Committed to inclusive leadership in all aspects of her work, she champions leadership-backed DEI agendas.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Bola is a board-facing Director of People and Organisational Development at the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). Previously, she served as the Deputy Chief People Officer at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where she managed multiple HR and organisational development portfolios. In addition to her leadership role, Bola also maintains a small private practice.
