Important dates to be aware of
NMC Online will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 6 February until Tuesday 10 February 2026
During this time, you will not be able to log in or make payments
MyNMC will launch at 12:00 (midday) on Tuesday 10 February 2026
If you log in to pay your fee
If you normally log in to NMC Online to make a one-off payment, please be aware that:
- You will not be able to log in or make payments during the downtime (6-10 February)
- You may want to pay your fee before 5 Febuary 2026 to avoid any disruption
- Once MyNMC is live, you will be able to log in and pay your fee as usual.
If you pay by Direct Debit or by instalments
If you already pay your fee by Direct Debit or payment by instalments, you don’t need to do anything.
Your payment will continue as normal
The planned downtime will not affect existing Direct Debits or instalment plans.
You will not be able to start a new Direct Debit or payment by instalment between 29 January and 10 February.
If your Direct Debit payment has failed
If your Direct Debit has not gone through:
- Log in to NMC Online
- Go to Manage Direct Debits
- Select Pay Now to complete your payment
Please note: in MyNMC, the Pay Now button will no longer appear on the application tracker. You’ll need to use the Manage Direct Debits section instead.
