The CCPS portal will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 6 February 2026 until Tuesday 10 February 2026 while we complete the upgrade.
During this time, you will not be able to access the CCPS portal.
What you need to do
- please complete and submit any CCPS requests by 5 February 2026
- make sure you download any CCPS documents you may need in advance
Once MyNMC goes live on 10 February 2026, you will be able to access the CCPS portal again and continue as normal.
We will update our website with the latest information during the upgrade period.
