Following a full recruitment process she has now been permanently appointed to the position.
Commenting on her appointment, Helen said:
“I’m absolutely delighted to be appointed as Director for RTS. In line with the organisation’s values, the recruitment process gave me and a variety of NMC colleagues the opportunity to ensure that I was a good fit for the organisation, and that it was a good fit for me. There is a busy resources and technology services agenda ahead and I look forward to working with colleagues to deliver something great for the NMC.”
Andrea Sutcliffe, NMC Chief Executive and Registrar, said:
“Helen impressed the interview panel with her experience and expertise, but also how her approach resonated with our values to be fair, kind, ambitious and collaborative. She will be a great asset to the executive team, the directorate and the wider organisation. I’d like to welcome Helen on board permanently and wish her the best of luck in her role.”
