To help us better support education institutions and ensure a consistent approach to quality assurance, we’ve introduced a new regional structure across the UK.


Working with your regional contacts

We are really exciting to be launching our new regional approach to supporting our Education institutions with Education QA. You will now have a dedicated, regional inbox to contact us to submit exceptional reports, raise QA link queries or ask questions about your current, approved programmes. This new approach means the exceptional report inbox will no longer be in use. Please contact your regional officer via the inboxes listed below.

  • If your query relates to the interpretation of our standards please contact our Standards team - educationandstandards@nmc-uk.org
  • If your query relates to approval of a new programme, or modification to/endorsement of an existing programme, please contact our QA delivery partners QAA via their dedicated mailbox NMC@qaa.ac.uk
