How we are accountable to the Charity Commission and the Scottish Charity Regulator
We are registered as a charity with the Charity Commission in England and Wales (number 1091434) and in Scotland with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator(number SC038362).
Our charitable objective is to protect the health and wellbeing of the public. As a charity, we must ensure that our work demonstrates public benefit and complies with Charity Commission and OSCR requirements and guidance.
We submit our annual report and accounts to both bodies as well as other statutory documents they request.
