We have a responsibility as a regulator and as an employer to do everything in our power to tackle discrimination and inequality and to promote diversity and inclusion. We’re taking action, but we have much more to do. We recognise our individual and collective responsibilities to address these issues.
To make this a reality we’ll take a phased, structured approach to business planning, operations, project planning and delivery that actively builds in EDI from the outset. This will support our overall direction, which is set by our Council and five-year strategy.
