How to get access to the employer confirmations service
Requesting a caller code
To use the employer confirmation service, you need a caller code and pass number.
To request a caller code and pass number, email us at ukenquiries@nmc-uk.org with the subject 'Caller code application'.
Please make sure that your email includes:
- your name and organisation contact details (email, telephone and address)
- a brief description of your organisation's function.
We’ll then email the caller code and pass number to you within five working days.
This caller code and pass number is for your own use only and should not be passed on to third parties.
Updating a caller code
If the person using the employer confirmation service has left your organisation, you’ll need to email us to request a new caller code and password.
