In order for a panel of the Investigating or Fitness to Practise Committee (‘panel’) to consider the allegations and make fair decisions that will best protect the public, we provide them with the material we have obtained throughout the investigation. We put this information together in a group of documents called the hearing bundle. This assists the panel to make findings on the allegations and also lead to the smooth running of the hearing.

In order to comply with our duties under the Data Protection Act 19981 we may sometimes remove information from documents that are going before a panel. We do this in line with our information handling guidance.
