What you need to know if you are being investigated

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it will be exceptionally difficult for us to send you correspondence by post. We must have an up to date email address for you so that we can communicate with you effectively.

If you don't have an email address, please call your case officer as soon as possible, and we will help you set one up. For more information about email notices, see our guidance during the Covid-19 emergency period.
