Director of People and Organisational Development
Sarah joined us in January 2017 as Assistant Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development. In October 2017 she was appointed as Director of People and Organisational Development to lead our People Strategy.
Sarah has experience as an HR director responsible for HR, organisational development, employee engagement, internal communications and talent development across a range of public, private and third sector organisations.
Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a qualified assessor of leadership and management and CIPD qualifications. She has a degree in English and a postgraduate certificate in post compulsory education.
