Overview of the application process
Stage 1 – application
When you submit your application, you’ll get an automatic reply confirming that we have received it. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we can’t contact all applicants individually to tell them the outcome of their application. If you haven’t heard from us within four weeks of the closing date, please assume you haven’t been shortlisted for an interview.
Stage 2 – shortlist
After the closing date a recruitment panel will review applications against the shortlisting criteria to identify candidates to move on to the next stage of the process.
Stage 3 – interview
If you’re selected for interview, our recruitment team will be in contact to arrange an interview.
Our interviews are competency based and you may be asked to complete a test as part of this process. Any specific requirements or detailed instructions will be provided in advance.
If you have any special requirements or adjustments that need to be made for the interview, please let our recruitment team know beforehand so we can make every effort to accommodate your needs. We do not reimburse travel costs to and from your interview.
Stage 4 – outcome and feedback
We aim to let you know whether or not you have been chosen for the role within seven working days. This would normally be done by the hiring manager or a member of the resourcing team.
If you’re successful, you’ll be asked to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK on your first day of employment.
Equality and diversity
We value the diversity of our workforce and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
We may disclose job applicants’ personal information to third parties who assist with pre-employment checking.
For any questions regarding our recruitment process, please contact a member of the resourcing team at email@example.com.
