Access

Within the building, there is a lift to the 6th floor. There is step free access to the building from street level.

There is a lift down from Westfield to street level (where the entrance to our building is located).

By tube or train

Stratford (Central and Jubilee lines, Docklands Light Railway, London Overground and trains from Fenchurch Street, Liverpool Street, Ipswich, Norwich and Southend)

Exit your train and follow the signs to Westfield Stratford City and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

If using the underpass, Stratford Place is immediately in front of you when you exit the station and is the second set of doors on the left before you reach Stratford City bus station.

If using the bridge over the railway tracks, when you reach the end of the bridge walk down the stairs on the right hand side and Stratford Place will be on your left. It is the second set of doors on the left before you reach Stratford City bus station.

Stratford International (High Speed Line from St Pancras)

Exit the station and take the escalator into Westfield Centre; go through the Centre onto the pedestrianised boulevard. Follow the route around the shopping centre and take the stairs and escalator on the left hand side, before you cross the railway lines; Stratford Place will be on your left hand side. The entrance is the second set of doors on your left, on the ground floor before Stratford City bus station.

By car

The Stratford hearing centre is accessible from the A12 and the A13. Car park C is the closest to the entrance.
